I would definitely recommend North End. Slowly but surely my loved one is making progress here. He looks much better than when he was originally admitted. To be honest he is not crazy about the meals.

North End is great! My father is happy and seems to really like it here. He likes it better here than where he lives. He has just started using the therapy services and so far he really likes them. They do a great job of cleaning the building and my father's room! He is not eating but I think this is more on his condition. I will say the meals are just fine.

They provided a beautiful room and they know her so well. I think their rehab therapists are good when they work with her. She sits there for a long time for help on weekends. Attentiveness needs improvement. The care they give to her is nice. The one-on-one is good. She is in a brand new remodeled room. It is much cleaner than her old room. I do not like their dining experience. They should have wheeled her into a dining room. Nobody as even called me, I have to call them. My dad likes their physical therapy. He has gone for a walk and to the gym, and that is incredible. It doesn't sound like he is aware of the activities that they have daily. They are okay, I feel like they could be friendly. Maybe they're just busy. I also like how the facility is renovated and it's clean. My dad told me he had something that didn't fit his diet. I thought they did very well. I think the place was beautiful. There was some construction going on and the work was very quiet and the workers were very kind and accommodating. The staff was very good and they handled him very well and were very helpful with both him and me. They do need more staff. There was one nurse that was really nice and he wanted to make sure to say goodbye to before he left. I notice he ate what he was given and he never complained. They are in the process of renovating. They have just moved her to a new room so the room she is in everything is brand new. We are happy with their care. The nurses are okay.

I think the place is sparkling clean, the staff is very energetic and motivated. It looks like it's the right place for my husband. The staff is very energetic and motivated. Everyone is very nice. I think the place is sparkling clean! He is content with the meals. I wish I had more daily feedback about how his last night was. Sometimes I get the sense that his daily newspaper gets delivered to his room.

The therapists are great. They work with me five days a week, and I'm gaining progress! I'm still on a walker, but each day it's getting better! We've been having problems with the cable.

They are wonderful! It's been a home away from home for her. I'm ready to go there myself! She can come back to the house and have the house, the husband and even the dog! I'm going to North End. I would recommend them in a heartbeat! She's getting her hair and nails done! They have gone the extra mile to help her understand everything along the way.
