Their therapists are wonderful. My loved one has made amazing progress! One of the therapists will get him ice cream from the kitchen when he does good. Some of the other staff can take a while to warm up to you. The nurses are amazing! My husband's medication timing is key and they were always off with that. My loved one had a good stay there. They had a lot of patients crammed into a small gym. She made enough progress with the therapy to come back home so that must mean they did their job! One night I was trying to get ahold of her and I couldn't. I got ahold of a staff member that went to see what was going on. My loved one was actually sleeping. I really appreciated it! She was in the area they are renovating however they kept it very clean. She wasn't crazing about the meals.

He is very happy there and he is in a private room. He is having a good experience there and he has been there before. He is happy with the rehab services provided. He is loving the food. People are reaching out to me. I spoke with the admission coordinator who I talked about a meeting scheduled for all of us to meet together. I am happy about that.

It's fairly new for us, but so far so good. They seem to have a good staff. I find it difficult to communicate with the nurses because they don't understand what I am saying. It seems to be the whole place is clean. I would say the meals are good, but my wife needs to be fed. They are reluctant to feed her. They will serve soup, but some patients can't hold a spoon. I would like them to hire more staff that speaks English.

Everything is progressing thanks to their rehab therapy. The staff is good. The facility is clean. My loved one is not crazy about the food. He communicates with me.

I think they're doing great with everything. The way the therapists deal with my dad and they don't let him give up. They're good about talking him into doing his exercises. They're consistent. They are the friendliest staff I've ever experienced in rehab. The nurses have been really good. They check in on him all the time. It's spotless. She did not have any solid food for a long time. They should have tried dietary changes first. I feel the physical therapy is good and they are helping. They are great too. Her nurses are great. When she got here the medication was not on time and she did not have it for a long time. The doctor was not paying attention to her medical condition and medications. The food is geared to the elderly and she is younger. She is completely coherent. There is no need to call me and I am sure they will call me if they need to.

Everybody's very friendly. My loved one is eating everything that he's given and he's happy with it so far. They're communicating with him and then he updates me.
