5 stars in all categories for us! Great with our Shih tzu, Bentley. We had him “fixed” today and expected a groggy dog when we picked him up. Not so! You couldn’t even tell he had surgery. The staff is super friendly and were very understanding when traffic issues made us late, (after closing). That’s service! You don’t see that often anymore. Thank you all for taking care of our boy! I love North Jackson Animal Clinic, they treat my baby like their own. They make him feel comfortable (as much as he will allow) and they always make you feel wanted and appreciated. Thank you for all you do ❤
We have travelled around and we have had some not so good veterinarians. It was good to get back to home to the Tennessee Valley and to a good reliable Veterinarian..especially since we have 3. After we got here one had kidney stones which Randy took care of besides all of the teeth cleaning and all the other things that have to be done. Little did we know people would be dropping off kittens they didn’t want...so we take them to Randy to fixed so we don’t have more ‘babies”...later one had an eye problem. After my experience in Scottsboro last Saturday morning, I will be going to North Jackson for my animals. It’s an hour drive for me from Skyline. Everyone was very nice and caring when we went in on a Saturday. Dr. Randy and staff was very sufficient. We have successfully had 6 new Aussie pups this morning. 😉👍🏻😍🐶

I love this place!!! They staff is exceptional and have a real passion for what they do! My boxer had to have several tumors removed and Dr. Smith took it upon himself to throughly check her out and brought to my attention that he could also fix a minor dental issue. I wish I would have discovered North Jackson Animal Clinic a long time ago. I feel our Skyler will now have the best care available!! Vet Technician, Holly, is awesome and extremely passionate. Answered all my many questions!
