Randy is the only person I've ever seen get my Amazon Parrot out of his cage with his bare hands without getting bit. Very glad someone besides me has the patience to deal with that bird since not many folks have it. You can tell he loves pets so he's definitely Elvis' Dr. due to how good he is with him. Dr.Smith and his wife and staff are THE ONLY people we trust with our Bailee!!! They've actually saved her life...literally!!!
Randy and the Crew are awesome. They are always nice, they jump right on my animals to find the problem to get them treated asap and They want to know in 24 hours if the treatment is making a difference or not, if I say no they have me bring them right back either the horses or dogs or whatever they stay on top of their game. Love them, dearly !!!
We have 6 dogs, 3 inside & my son's 3 hunting dogs outside. They all go to this clinic on a regular basis. We fully trust the staff. It feels like family there!! I feel that our dogs get better treatment than a lot of folks get from their medical doctor. This is great because our dogs ARE part of our family.
