After purchasing 15 to 18 new vehicles over the years this was the best deal ever. Absolutely no hassles. Red McCombs was the worst experience. They charge me $2,500.00 for a 75,000 mile extended warranty and North Park charged me $1,880.00 for 100.000 mile. Not to mention the zero rate financing for 60 months and a great price for a new Sienna XLE and what I considered a great trade in allowance for my 4.5 year old Sienna. Incidently, this is the 3rd automobile to be purchased from North Park.
We were very happy with Blaine Waddell's friendliness, expertise and desire to see that we were 100% happy with our new car. We had purchased another vehicle from North Park Toyota a few years ago and knew of their honesty and dependability and were so glad to have been referred to Blaine. The whole buying experience was easy and they made sure we got what we wanted. I am very happy with my Tundra. Blake Waddell was very thorough and made sure we really got the truck we wanted and stayed in our budget.
Drove by and saw this big tires lifted 2013 tundra 4x4 rocky ridge edition (custom made)one of the first ones here and i knew i had to have it I fell in love with it thanks to Betty and Nick y'all took care of me and made it easier will definitely recommend this dealership. My visit to north park Toyota was awesome. I had Mike Richardson as my sales associate and he totally explains how deal works, and if your not happy he gets to work and works something out till your happy with the monthly payment and interest rate. He is not that kind of sales man that pushes you to buy a vehicle that u don't want or price your not happy with; he in return would suggest what might be better for you and even sometimes encourages you to wait because maybe the following week vehicles might have better incentive... read more
Out of all the dealerships I have worked with in the past, I left knowing I got a great car and a fair deal. AJ Ortiz was not pushy and was able to help me find a car that was in my budget. This was a great car buying experience, I highly recommend you go here first instead of wasting time at other car dealerships.
My sales experience today has to be the most pleasureable one that I have ever experienced. My salesman AJ Ortiz, has to be the most patient salesperson ever.
