Amazing The staff is very pleasant and helpful. My children love coming to North Point. The environment beautiful the staff is amazing. You guys ROCK!!!!!
Too Many Docs Now that there are 3 dentists working there, the plan of care changes from visit to visit depending on which dentist you have that day, so I don't appreciate that, but everyone with the exception of Dr. McCrae is competent and friendly. We were overcharged for the visit but it was remedied quickly... They didn't notice at first because too many dentists had made notes in the file. You'll be hard pressed to find a better pediatric dentist anywhere! I just can't say enough about Dr. Fishbaugh and team. They have everything down to a science. The facility is beautiful, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the care is fantastic. My kids especially look forward to watching cartoons in the dentist chair, getting a new tooth brush, and a prize from the toy machine for doing a good job. Friendly Such a great atmosphere for children. The dentist and assistant were so good with my daughter! I was amazed at how great they did with her and how patient and tentative they were.
High quality service Showed up on wrong day but they were kind enough to fit us in. Great staff!
Love this dentist My 2 year old was so at ease and calm in the hands of the dentist. It took about five minutes to cap a couple teeth and no anistetc or anything. Never going to another dentist!!! Best place ever
Extrordinary staff All the staff did a great job of taking care of my one year old!! She was very scared but they made her feel comfortable that she stopped crying and let the doctor examine her! Everyone seems love their job and all the staff is very polite and friendly. Thank you for all you do!!!
