I have been going to Dr Alexander for years and have always been treated very well. He and his staff are very professional, and caring. I would definitely recommend him.

I am very unhappy on how my visits are termed “periodontal maintenance” at a cost of $73. I have had routine cleanings, “dental prophylaxis” done for years that were paid in full by my insurance. This even occurred for a long period after complete root scaling work during the time of the late Dr McLeod. In the time since, the procedure name was somehow changed to periodontal maintenance, code D4910. I waited for almost an hour in the room just to get a tooth extracted. It took 30 minutes before the doctor even came in to numb me then he said he would be back in a few minutes and didn’t come back for another 20-25 minutes. I had to get stitches after the extraction and they were everywhere and ended up falling out a few days after and he messed up so bad pulling my tooth that he either didn’t get the full tooth or he exposed the root to another tooth and now it is stabbing me in my cheek.
