Hello it was good today.
Great! The dental hygienist was Outstanding, not only was I relaxed she remembered a conversation we had 6 months ago. I feel bad because I can’t remember her name. All in all I had yet another great experience at North Pointe Dentistry. Great staff!
It was nice
Gave me a yellow crown that doesn't match and told me to stop whitening my teeth and it would eventually match. Also said the material they used couldn't match my tooth color so that would have been nice to know before I paid so I could have gone somewhere else that could have matched my tooth color. Also when he was giving me lidocaine I tried to tell him my heart was pounding and he told me he's been doing this for years and knows what he's doing. Refused to get lidocain without epinephrine . Also I told him I didn't like the color of my crown and he said that's all they had. Then he asked me if I liked it and made me sign something so now I have to pay to have it replaced. I already paid 980 He's not very nice to top it off. Now I have a big yellow crown that is too big and has no ridges like a tooth. It looks like someone stuck a piece of off white yellowish cheese in my mouth.
This is the worst dentist l've ever seen. From the unfriendly receptionist to the dentist, it was a complete waste of my time and very precious energy. The only reason I can think of for a dentist to do absolutely nothing to treat a toothache is MONEY & INSURANCE! if you don't want to do your job for the indigent because of the insurance payment,then don't contract with Medicare/Medicaid HMO. Doctor Alexander is very caring and efficient and Veronica is always kind and professional. GREAT SERVICE and pricing is reasonable.
Dr Alexander is always kind and calm with me. I am scared to death of dental procedures and he understands and does a great job every time. Very gentle and understanding and I love Veronica! She is very efficient, smart, and funny. Great place, I highly recommend.
This was the worse experience. First off they never return voice mails , receptionist is terrible. She even try to say I never left a message ? Then even after that…. I see the dentist, he is so rough with his hands . I needed a root canal while he was to book to do it . he referred me to a wonderful root canal specialist but didn’t tell me it was going to cost me extra due to his schedule and having to refer me elsewhere.
