The staff is very friendly and took care of my Sophie, who has high anxiety, very gently. The new doctor seems very nice. She took the time to talk to me about Sophie. As an older fur mom, I just wish that the prices were not so high.

Very knowledgeable, compassionate, and flexible with appointments. Everyone in the office is always very helpful. I found them whenI needed my vet the most and they were not available. I called North Torrington Vet Hospital and they opened their doors to me and my sweet old girl. They showed her the dignity she deserved. Since then I only bring my pets there and they are always great!

I have never met a more caring, empathetic staff than the staff here. My childhood cat of 15 years had to be put down today after he possibly threw a blood clot or had some other issue going on to where he wouldn’t have been able to have a quality of life even if I did have the money to fix him. No other veterinarian would help us, but North Torrington Veterinary did everything they could to squeeze us in. I wish things had gone differently and that I had been able to meet them prior to this horrible day, but they did so muc... read more
