Very knowledgeable, compassionate, and flexible with appointments. Everyone in the office is always very helpful. I found them whenI needed my vet the most and they were not available. I called North Torrington Vet Hospital and they opened their doors to me and my sweet old girl. They showed her the dignity she deserved. Since then I only bring my pets there and they are always great!
I have never met a more caring, empathetic staff than the staff here. My childhood cat of 15 years had to be put down today after he possibly threw a blood clot or had some other issue going on to where he wouldn’t have been able to have a quality of life even if I did have the money to fix him. No other veterinarian would help us, but North Torrington Veterinary did everything they could to squeeze us in.
