The food is not for human consumption! When they take the hot meal to the residents it's cold.

the center is understaffed. patients do not receive the care they need. my loved one had to be moved to Nyack hospital to die from COVID

The place is dirty. Only serve kosher food. The cleaning people do a horrible job of cleaning the bathroom , floors etc. I was worse when I came home than when I got there.
I’m a patient here since Sept, 2019, since then I’ve had 5 missed meals. Doesn’t seem like a lot, but when a regular meal isn’t that significant, missing a meal is difficult. The staff is inattentive. The facility relays on a bell system, a patient pushes a button, which alights a light out in the hallway. This is to bring a need to the staff’s attention.
