We had a last minute roommate add to our apartment and the manager didn't make her fill out a roommate matching form. She was TERRIBLE. She broke so many lease rules as well as legalities and management did nothing about it. We even called the police on her multiple times and still nothing. We had to get in touch with the people who own the company (all the way in texas) and also threaten to sue management and the roommates party. We finally got her evicted after months. Ok so where to start this complex first during Irma wasn't doing repairs and the study room was gone until May because apparently not working on repairs while the semester is still going on and don't even get me started on everything else. The staff is alright but honestly everything else kind of sucks. The wifi goes out on the daily as well so that's something else. In my personal opinion they need to fix their stuff before new residents should move in.
VERY disappointed in this community. They took my son's application fee, told him they had the floor plan he was looking for, then when he went to sign the lease, they made a mistake, sorry,THAT one isn't available, but we will rent you one that is more expensive. Wouldn't give him his fee back.

They don't even deserve the 1 star. The worst place, crew, management and apartments! DON'T MOVE IN!
Worst place ever. They charge you for every little thing. Management are assholes. Don't move in
DO NOT SIGN THE LEASE. Terrible place and they show you a model place that will NOT be the quality of your actual place at all. Staff comes in your appartment whenever they want with no notice. Terrible quality of living for the price i wish someone would have warned me. F$&@ northgate. all of my roomates hated it and im not a picky person. 0/5 stars so glad i moved out to a much better place for less $.
The only good thing about this place is the few people in the office that make me calm enough not to flip out on the management for fining people for no reason multiple times with no proof and no warning... They say they repave the guest lot every six months and I've lived here for two years and you've filled it with gravel once that's it.. To me repaving it means PAVEMENT aka an actual parking lot..
