I took my sheltie in to see Dr. Baker after she broke 2 molars. When we first walked in Kenna fell in love with the staff immediately. She had a great time and would have stayed behind the desk all day. Dr. Baker saved her molar and did not have to remove it. Thank you Dr. Baker and staff for making Kennas' visit so much fun!
They definitely go over and beyond to help with your animals. Our dog Alex had his second round of chemo and didn't do so well three days after. Dr Rohas and Dr Forden helped in ways we didn't expect. Dr Forden admitted him and started an Iv drip since alex was so dehydrated. We didn't know if he was going to make it through the night. Miraculously he pulled through thanks to all the staff. If it wasn't for them he would have passed away that night. Thank you again for everything you do Northgate.
Our dog, Romeo has been a patient since Tuesday morning. We were woke up with a huge scare that morning, our poor baby couldn't move his back legs. He was in so much pain and was so confused as were we. We had no idea what was happening or what our next step should be. My sister, Shandra, is a vet technician for Northgate- I immediately called her asking for her guidance. She told me this was an emergency and to get Romeo seen immediately. Dr. Reardon and Lisa are very compassionate about their job and care of the animals and their parents. I recently had my dog put down and they cried along with me. They've been the only vet office my family has used for years and I've always had a great experience with the doctors and staff.
Thank you to Dr. Reardon and her 3 staff members, for coming all the way out to Niantic to help our furbaby, Jake cross the Rainbow Bridge today! Mike and I truly appreciate your gentleness and your loving, kind words!
