This place is nothing short of amazing! I'm so happy I was referred by my vet to have Zoey's teeth checked here. The facility, level of care, and the entire staff were so awesome. Zoey and I thank you all so much :)
RecommendedWhile I don't want to leave a review on here speaking negatively about our old vet, the difference in the quality of care your pet will receive at Northgate is worth pointing out for anyone who is questioning their current vet and looking for a new one. My dogs have went to the only vet in the town we live in for years. Every time we went in for a check up I questioned the quality of care he was receiving then just "dealt with it" because they're the vets not me. Our pets love Northgate! It is my puppy's favorite place to go. Everyone is so great and gentle with all of them and they definitely are passionate about what they do!
I have taken my little guy Cracker to Northgate ever since day one. Dr. Reardon is the best of the best. I love the whole staff. Have never had any problems with them. Monday 10/8/16 I had to let Cracker cross over that bridge. The entire staff of Techs came by the room and told me how sorry they were. Dr. Reardon administered the medicine to put him down, as she stood there checking on him , she was hurting almost as much as I was. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you Dr. Reardon and Staff.

I love the flexible hours. Sometimes my work schedule means I can't make it by 5, so I like that I can get an appointment (usually with my regular doctor) in the evening or on a weekend.
I can not express how grateful I am for NGPC. We chose NGPC because of their 24 hours emergency service and last night that came in handy. We had an emergency and we didn't have to stop and think about where we could go. We just loaded the car, headed to Northgate, called on the way and a vet was examining our dog within minutes of arriving. I'm so thankful for Dr. Rojas, Dr. Reardon and the rest of the wonderful staff.

We unfortunately met the staff at Northgate when we had to put our beloved dog Maci to sleep... the staff was so helpful and understanding.. the real reason for the 5 star review is our treatment after she has been gone.. we have received a lock of her fur and a very thoughtful card, her ashes came in a beautifully carved wooden box, and today we received her paw print.. when we are ready for a new fur friend we will be returning to Northgate!
