RecommendedI love the flexible hours. Sometimes my work schedule means I can't make it by 5, so I like that I can get an appointment (usually with my regular doctor) in the evening or on a weekend.
RecommendedI can not express how grateful I am for NGPC. We chose NGPC because of their 24 hours emergency service and last night that came in handy. We had an emergency and we didn't have to stop and think about where we could go. We just loaded the car, headed to Northgate, called on the way and a vet was examining our dog within minutes of arriving. I'm so thankful for Dr. Rojas, Dr. Reardon and the rest of the wonderful staff.

RecommendedWe unfortunately met the staff at Northgate when we had to put our beloved dog Maci to sleep... the staff was so helpful and understanding.. the real reason for the 5 star review is our treatment after she has been gone.. we have received a lock of her fur and a very thoughtful card, her ashes came in a beautifully carved wooden box, and today we received her paw print.. when we are ready for a new fur friend we will be returning to Northgate!
Dr. Baker was very good me and my dog. He and his staff really truly care about animals- and the people's feelings. I even had a concern so when I called he was on the phone within 3 minutes to let me know everything was ok. I felt very much at ease knowing my animal is being taken care of by caring people. Thanks Dr. Baker

Took my 10yr Lab because I was looking for a new Vet. My experience was wonderful. My Sadie is very nervous, I could not be happier with the gentle care they gave to my girl. So glad I made the switch!

RecommendedOur chicken ate a screw (come to find out it was many) and we were mortified that it was going to kill her. Many of you reading this maybe thinking just make dinner out of a bad situation, but Midnight is not just an egg layer she is a pet and part of the family. Dr. Baker and his staff took care of our girl and treated us so well. THANK YOU SO MUCH Northgate!!!
