RecommendedI recently needed to bring in one of my rats due to his lack of eating. This is the second pet rat of mine that Dr. Kennedy, and her amazing staff, have helped with. It's priceless to have an affordable and knowledgeable vet clinic who you can bring exotics to. And it really is the whole staff from the receptionist to the tech to the doctor who make this place unbelievable. I cannot recommend Northgate Animal Hospital enough!

RecommendedDr.Kennedy is awesome! She fixed all 3 of my rabbits and helped give awesome tips for the recovery process! This is the only place for miles that works with rabbits too. Affordable prices for all the small stuff like nail trims too.

RecommendedVery polite staff, quick service, Dr. Kennedy is amazing; understanding, kind, knowledgeable and empathetic. This was my 1st trip, an emergency for my rabbit and I will definitely be returning for all my pet medical needs.
RecommendedWe were new patients, called for a rat emergency ( he was very sick when we came home from vacay) they not only squeezed us in, everyone was VERY NICE AND HELPFUL, they were reasonably priced.... I can not say enough good about the entire operation!!! Thank you Northgate staff and Dr. Kennedy! Just a very pleasant experience all the way around!!! Just not something you find these days!!! RecommendedThis morning I gave my almost 2 year old German Shepherd pup his heart warm prevention pills and he had very bad reaction to it even thought it’s what I always gave him. He was vomiting, falling over the place/ lost of balance, was urinating everywhere none stop, his eyes was rolling into his head and his back legs were not working properly! I was freaking out calling the emergency vet clinic in Collinsville and they were closed, called my regular vet and they were only open for medicine pick up... so I start it to dial ever... read more
