RecommendedDr.Kennedy is awesome! She fixed all 3 of my rabbits and helped give awesome tips for the recovery process! This is the only place for miles that works with rabbits too. Affordable prices for all the small stuff like nail trims too.

They are just so great with both of my 2 chows!!! They handle them so we'll, and I have been to some not so good places before!!! The techs and vets really care about your animal no matter what you've got!!!

Very polite staff, quick service, Dr. Kennedy is amazing; understanding, kind, knowledgeable and empathetic. This was my 1st trip, an emergency for my rabbit and I will definitely be returning for all my pet medical needs.
We were new patients, called for a rat emergency ( he was very sick when we came home from vacay) they not only squeezed us in, everyone was VERY NICE AND HELPFUL, they were reasonably priced.... I can not say enough good about the entire operation!!! Thank you Northgate staff and Dr. Kennedy! Just a very pleasant experience all the way around!!! Just not something you find these days!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you 😊

This morning I gave my almost 2 year old German Shepherd pup his heart warm prevention pills and he had very bad reaction to it even thought it’s what I always gave him. He was vomiting, falling over the place/ lost of balance, was urinating everywhere none stop, his eyes was rolling into his head and his back legs were not working properly! I was freaking out calling the emergency vet clinic in Collinsville and they were closed, called my regular vet and they were only open for medicine pick up... so I start it to dial ever... read more

We’ve been going to Northgate for around 8 years. Our dog had two ‘ACL’ type surgeries with an orthopedic surgeon that travels there. All our visits have been timely, any questions answered and game plan for any treatment necessary. Today we made the difficult decision to have our beloved dog put to sleep. They were thorough, heartfelt and calm. We can’t thank them enough for guiding us through this difficult time. Thank you for always treating our animals as though they were your own.

I called this morning to inquire about their care for bearded dragons and they were able to get me an appointment today! Upon arrival, I was seen immediately; no waiting. Dr. Kennedy is FANTASTIC. I've heard horror stories about people not being able to find a reliable vet for their exotic pets, but Dr. Kennedy knows what she's doing. She offered two options for treatment, gave me the details on both, and ultimately let me decide which to choose.
