I cannot say enough about how amazing the staff are at Northgate! If it wasn't for the knowledgeable and dedicated staff, I know for a fact our cat Midnight wouldn't have survived. They worked with us on payments for BOTH of his emergency surgeries, kept us constantly informed on his condition, sent pictures of his recovery after surgery, and even showed us the string he swallowed that almost took him from us. I can’t be any happier with the service and support that I received from Northgate. They really take care of not only the pad, but the owner is well. I really appreciate the follow up calls and Q&A that they’ve always been very eager to offer.
The staff was very understanding of the severity of my two Male dogs and promptly arranged for both to be seen. What a friendly atmosphere and very informative. I would highly recommended! Much appreciation, Remington and Ruger!
