I have been coming here for a few years now and it's always been great. The Dentist there now is fantastic. The staff in the back works really hard along with the Dentist to make sure we are comfortable and also understand what they are going to do. The front office had its issues with hiring after the calming of Corona like every other business but now there is a steady solid front desk system and they are GREAT. I found Dr. Ahmed Metwally, DMD of Northside Dental and Germania (his dental assistant) very competent and friendly. I would like to send them more of my business and recommend them to others. But I can not because my customer experience with the front office was not good. When everything runs smoothly, everything is fine. Everyone is friendly. I am fairly new to the area and this was my first time to Northside Dental. The office was very clean and looked to be newly renovated, and the front desk staff were very pleasant even when I mentioned I had forgotten to bring my insurance card. The dental hygienist was friendly and continually checked in to ask if I was doing okay while she cleaned my teeth. Excellent dentist. Dr. Metwally is awesome. Excellent customer service. Front desk girl (I wish I knew her name) is awesome. I needed an emergency appointment, they were kind enough to squeeze me in the next. Been going here for years. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
North Side Dental is the best! I’ve tried other offices, and haven’t found one better. The service and hospitality is great. Ashley and Keisha are so professional and personable. Dr. Metwally has transformed and restored my smile and health to a beautiful status. I used to loathe going to the dentist, now I look forward to my routine. 😁
