My permanent bottom retainer broke off on one side, during my lunch. I called my regular dentist but they were closing early for the Easter holiday weekend. I USED to have such beautiful teeth until this sham of a dentist decided to saw down my two front teeth to put me on the long game to get veneers after chipping one tooth slightly. After braces, my two front teeth are now short and the work my braces did is completely reversed because the two front teeth hold the other teeth in line. Any dentist would know this to be true. The way they care about their clients is so refreshing. I had a bad experience at my previous dentist office and they have restored my faith. The way the whole team goes that extra mile for you was shocking. They really care and do their best to help you especially financially. I have found my new home!!!! Terrible experience, I started the whole process as directed with them and I went in with absolutely no pain only for cosmetic reason. They perform cleanings and fillings on my right side and a few months later I still cannot chew and the sensitivity is ridiculous. Went in multiple times for "adjustments" and they even tried 3d scanning my mouth again but it seems they could not identify the doctor's incompetence as I now have to get all of it removed and re done to correct the possible pockets/gaps left causing pain... read more
