I called to see if they would be able to see my dog in an emergency, my dog stopped eating and had heavy breathing for the past 3 days. Told me they would write it up and call me back if they could see me. Called me back and said sorry but we can’t the doctor just has too many emergencies. Drove to a Las Vegas animal hospital and was seen immediately. My dog was laid to rest by the best Doctor that was sympathetic and very caring. ONIONS horrible ONIONS NOVAK!! RecommendedI can not say enough good things about the care and compassion every single person showed to me from the second I called to the second I left with my little guy bandaged and fixed up. it was one of the worst vet offices I have been too. totally disappointed
We are visiting here in Havasu staying across the street from this animal care on a Saturday and I have listened to dogs crying and barking for hours in this heat! Not acceptable!
