Yes I would and do recommend Dr.Pontz. The patient experience is exceptional from the phone, to the office environment ensuring efficiency and patient satisfaction. Follow up and communication by office and providers are unmatched. Dr Pontz’s leadership inspires respectfulness of all patients. Everyone that works there is skilled, knowledgeable, and empathetic. The moment you step in the office you understand they are a force beyond the norm. And ps —no waiting to be seen —-ever!

Dr. Vallone is among the best doctor I've ever had. In addition to his obvious medical skills, he is one of the best "listeners" among all the physicians I've had in my 69 years taking whatever time is necessary to listen, speak and work with me - even after hours. He also examines and thinks about the whole patient, not just reacting to and treating the immediate symptoms. He is also incredibly responsible - as is everyone on his staff - and personable. I can't say enough to how pleased and confident I am with his as my GP.

It is an absolute pleasure to visit both the NOVAMED office and Dr. Vallone - the staff is always welcoming and friendly, time is taken to address my concerns and advice is given without feeling like this is the way it must be - I've always known I was in the right office and each visit just confirms that.

Best practice EVER!!! Love Dr. Vallone. I will never go back to a regular practice. This is the only way to properly take care of yourself. Worth every penny!

Dr. Eric Vallone gives a thorough exam and is a good listener. He gathers information through discussion and finds the best way to treat the condition. I have been his patient for many years and feel he is the best. If you take a list of concerns, he goes over it , uses it to help diagnose any conditions needing treatment, not just one concern per visit, which is very important as one ages. and health has a broader picture. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Vallone for years. We are pleased that whenever we have a medical issue come up, we can get right in that day with our doctor, the one who knows us. Dr. Vallone takes a thorough history, does a thorough exam, and spends a lot of time with patient education. We leave his office with clear instructions and relevant print information on whatever ails us. We enjoy thorough follow up. Love Dr. Ponce! He listens to you and doesn't judge. He offers suggestions for your health but never tries to make you feel badly if you choose a different path. For anyone who wants a real relationship based experience with your physician, you wouldn't go wrong with Dr. Ponce!
