Dr. Pontz is a very knowledgeable and caring physician. He takes the time to listen and thoughtfully responds to all questions. I have and will recommend him to my friends and relatives. Also, the office is extremely well-run and friendly.
Dr. Vallone is an outstanding diagnostician. He listens intently to the patient’s concerns and asks clarifying questions. Only after a thorough discussion does he begin a physical examination. His recommendations are always clear and superb. He knows all the best specialists for referrals.
Mary is a joy to work with. Besides being amazingly upbeat, she shows she truly cares about others’ health. One example is gifting viewers with sample meal plans on her website with suggestions for specific foods to buy. Before meeting with Mary, I emailed specific topics I wanted information about, and during our one hour initial consultation she addressed each of those areas and answered all of my questions. I experienced symptoms commonly associated with Covid. I contacted Dr. Vallone and as usual, he was very helpful: making arrangements for me to be tested on very short notice. I was tested at his office in less than twelve hours. Thankfully the test prove negative and my anxieties were assuaged. Once again Dr. Vallone's genuine concern for a patient's well being was in evidence.
Dr. Vallone and his staff always deliver high quality patient care. Remarkably welcoming environment. They take time to listen and then offer the medical care and advice needed. Easily reachable and responsive.
