Dr Pontz is a good listener and amazes me with his depth of knowledge. He is very analytical in his evaluation of symptoms and recommendations of treatment.
He is a wonderful doctor, committed to patients. During a period in my life when I was having serious medical problems, Dr. Vallone did all necessary to help me. He was my doctor for many years. I moved to another state and unfortunately was not able to remain in his care.
My annual physical exam was conducted in a thorough and caring manner, with great attention to detail.
As a concierge practice, a lot is promised and I can say Dr. Pontz and his office deliver. Appt. availability, unrushed appts, very nice surroundings, and a very good approach by Dr. Pontz to allow time for patients to make personal health adjustments rather than just prescribe too soon.
The staff at Dr. Vallone's office always knows me by name and are very welcoming. Dr. Vallone takes his time to ask questions, listen carefully, and make sure that we both have the same understanding regarding medications, tests, or other next steps.
Dr. Pontz is very thorough. I never leave his office feeling unsure or confused about anything he says or proposes.

Dr. Vallone is very thorough and explains in plain English so that the non-medical person can understand the situation.
Office has been recently remodeled and looks good. Staff is caring and considerate just like the doctor. Very pleased like I said in the first part of this review.
