Tracy was very friendly and helpful in assisting me with my paperwork. It’s the little things that mean the most.
Excellent customer service! My family was moving cross-country and I noticed this facility had temperature controlled units. When I called, I spoke with Tangie, the office manager. Tangie provided the best customer service experience and went above and beyond. She answered all my questions, helped me set up 2 units for my move, and even called me back after I had called to make inquiries during times when she was helping others. I highly recommend this facility and Tangie is great to work with!
Everything was explained to us fully we felt very comfortable in purchasing our storage unit.
