Harrell St. managers are extremely hard to make contact with and when we do, they seem almost caddy and kind of teamed up to be intimidating to approach. The interaction is only based on one experience so it could have just been isolated to that day. It is, however, very difficult to locate or contact them on any given day as we need to stop by storage daily. The online agents were amazing as we originally reserved on line but then had to cancel. The ease of doing all of the review, choosing and paying for a unit was all done online at home on. My time. The signing process of the contract was almost enough for me to cancel and go somewhere else. Very long and repetitive for me. Thank you for the opportunity to rate my experience.
