I had a great experience getting a storage unit. Ann Abrahamson was so very helpful from when I called on the phone and getting set up and saved in the system to when I came in to the office and registered for a storage unit. She had everything set up and ready to go. She was very informative and respectful and kind. She answered all my questions and gave me extra information regarding the unit.
