This was an excellent experience. I’ve been to your other location in White House, Tn and felt like I was bothering the clerk. But Leanne was a joy to work with, she did not rush us, and she was very detailed and helpful. All of your storage facilities should have a representative like her.

At first I had issues from a online order I'll admit I was frustrated, I called their Corporate office on a Saturday evening.. and they were so understanding and very patient with me ... and because I ordered *online .. I was able to keep my "online" *discount and he gave me another discount for my troubles, I'm really impressed with their customer service experience.. thank you I-storage for your service 👍👍I give you two thumbs up.
