I haven't talked to anyone at the facility itself. Completed the rental online, bought a padlock on the way there, found my unit easily and unloaded my van. The agent's name that assisted me was Louis, I believe. He was great. Answered all my questions about terms and prices. Felt very confident I was treated honestly without any gimmicks or vagueness. We made a reservation, went to the storage office 3 straight days with no one there! We finally called the phone number on the reservation and had someone who said they could help us so we could get into storage that day. She was Great! We found the unit, it was clean, but no one told us how to turn on the lights. We finally figured it out by trial and error. Therefore you get a 3 star.
