Their pricing at this location is much better than their local competitors, but the customer service was even more impressive. The office manager, Nicole, is knowledgeable about her rental units and was very helpful in helping me decide upon the size unit I needed. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, and she was patient and answered every question.
It was a really awesome experience. Amazed by the great support on getting a solution to my storage need, exactly what I was looking for. Very professional and respecfull person with a really great attitude to find a great solution; very customer service oriented. Really happy with the service received by Mr. Johnny Santiago.
