I was able to confirm a rental online over the weekend!! Then come in later to confirm. I appreciate that very much. Also, the managers in the office are so friendly and welcoming that it makes the process so easy. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone wanting to store their belongings!Â

I haven't talked to anyone at the facility itself. Completed the rental online, bought a padlock on the way there, found my unit easily and unloaded my van. The agent's name that assisted me was Louis, I believe. He was great. Answered all my questions about terms and prices. Felt very confident I was treated honestly without any gimmicks or vagueness.
