The person I dealt with was Miss Colleen. She is very professional yet personable and was very informative. She answered every question. Even ones I didn't know I should have asked. Any company would be very fortunate to have an army of Miss Colleen.

I am a new customer. The initial experience in leasing a storage unit and with the customer service staff was all around good. Answered any questions I had proficiently and were courteous, professional and likable. The facility looks very clean & secure which is a big plus and it's great that you have a lift and carts to assist customers. Especially helpful for me as I have an upstairs unit.
