Ms. Sue was very nice and helpful; My issue is with the fact that the app doesn't work, I always get an error message stating "No facility was found in that location and the gate doesn't open🙁🙁🙁 I also believe that the facilities grounds need an URGENT maintenance update, there is a HUGE hole on the exit way that is DANGEROUS for all of us.

Michelle and Derek are helpful and answered all our questions. This is my first experience using storage services. Fabulous as usual! Walter is wonderful to work with I have rented at this Location beforeI! But I have also rented “as far as I can remember” with 10 different Companies from PA to SC to the Nashville Area, Old Hickory, Hermitage, Donelson, Whitehouse, and Lebanon.
