Had excellent service from Ken. He was very helpful getting my lock, showing me to my unit and around the whole building.

The unit was okay. I had to pickup dirty used vitiman bottle, calamine lotion bottle and an mineral oil bottle and throw them away.

The new Manager was very nice, called and checked up on my situation and was helpful. I recently moved to a smaller unit and the front girl was very nice and walked me down personally to show me the new unit and understood that it for me going in dark places is a bit unnerving. Good customer service. The only drawback I mentioned to the manager is that there are no longer trash bins (used to have) to throw away unwanted boxes or trash.
