I had to go 1 star initially after I responded to the first survey, and, I even used the “contact us first” option that was available to try to sort my issue before going “live”. I didn’t get a reply until I did post publicly and that is my biggest gripe, just trying to reach someone outside traditional office hours. My schedule does not readily lend itself to that and there is no way to leave an off hours message. It was super easy to book/rent a unit and sign the lease all online, without having to stop in the office. I was provided the gate code and the unit number, which allowed me to focus on moving the items vs. trying to get there to complete everything then head back to gather all of the things going in the storage unit. This was extremely convenient.
