I got into town later than planned. I got to the location of storage unit and I found a closed office. Not sure what to do, so I knocked on the door next to office. The nicest young man Joshua greeted me. He asked me to hold tight as he needed to throw some shoes. We went into the office and he did everything I needed to get my storage unit. We were very well taken care of during our time here...our area was neat and clean and our property also remained clean, dry and safe...the customer service was excellent, the staff always courteous, helpful and available...we went through a hurricane here and in spite of everything, all was safe and in good order...many thanks for a positive experience!Â
