Bobby welcomed me with a very pleasant personality. He never appeared to get frustrated with answering questions. When I walked in the office, he was on a call patiently talking to the customer to reassure them he will take care of their issues and not to worry. He also took good care of me. Excellent customer service!

I have been with move it storage for almost 10 years now. Dana and Kristy have taken such good care of me. They are always extremely pleasant and patient, but prompt as well. They have been extremely helpful when my storage unit had a roof leak and took very good care of me. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with this facility and the staff.
