Excellent staff working at the office. I found the size of the unit was very spacious and a good value. However I found the distance from my house being prohibited so I had to leave the unit to go to a closer self storage center.

I storage Ferndale is Awesome, especially the professional and integral services provided by Mr. David. In terms of the electronic signatures… not bad , just cumbersome as related to a few fields. Otherwise. All is well.

I came inside the store and was immediately helped by Pennie. Pennie was extremely sweet and remembered our phone call to its entirety which completely shocked me because she had never even gotten my name at that point, she was later assisted by Natoshia who was amazing as well. I highly recommend this location.
