I have to say it was a pleasant experience overall. Everything was straightforward and clear, from the moment I reserved the storage space using the website to the moment I used my rented storage for the first time. I'm happy with the access to the storage, the clean conditions, and security measures. The customer service provided by Sara Bothwell was excellent and very friendly. She explained all details very clearly. So far, so good.
