Pictures of the units by size were a help to me in choosing a unit. I could visualize how my things would fit into the unit. The person at the desk handling my rental assignment and payment was very helpful. I was pleased to be assigned a unit that was indoors and that has easy access.

From walking into the office Catherine was welcoming and helped immediately to assist with my needs on rental and answered all of my questions with a smile and a delightful warm personality to finding both storage rooms clean and in good shape. I feel that the things I stored are safe from any leaks and intrusion with this location of Istorage also a good fit.
