The property attended that was there at the time I went was the best. Very fast service, great sense of humor, honest. She took care of other customers with speed while I was there. She's 100% dedicated to her job. All I can say from one bussiness man to another is take care of her because help like her is hard to find nowadays. My nephew even said, " ask her if she has a sister that is dedicated like her" As a bussiness owner I was extraordinary impressed. One more thing the ride on the golf fun. Lmbo

It has gotten way too expensive for the size of storage. My nephew has the same one in an upper class neighborhood and pays $60.00. I am a senior who has not been there over 3 yrs. Paying $143. For what. Their yearly increase has gotten way out of proportion. No special rate for seniors. I don’t even know if what is stored is in good conditions. You might say, for me to visit. I don’t own a car and no one to take me there. Too expensive.

Rental of the storage unit at Southern Storage was very easy. Ginger and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and well maintained. Security is very well done. Southern Storage is a very good place to store your treasures.

I received above and beyond the " Call of Duty " when it comes to customer service Chris and Marcus are outstanding straightforward courteous and professional. I have let it be known worried about by the people that are in tight situations and have to move and store their valuables that they should check with Storamerica Self storge combined with a winning combination of a moving truck if needed can't beat that with a stick !!!!! 😎 Genuinely George G.
