This is the first time that I have rented a storage unit. The Representative put me at ease. She was very friendly and assured me that the 10 x 30 unit would hold all of my possessions by showing me the example. When I returned and didn't know how to open the storage door, she explained it in detail. I really appreciate her professionalism and friendliness. Thank you
