I rented a storage unit sight unseen at another facility and when I showed up it looked like a ghetto. The unit was full of garbage and had no cameras and no personnel on site. I was recommended Southern Self Storage by the moving crew and they were able to immediately rent us a beautiful clean facility that was air conditioned and spotlessly clean. The staff were absolutely great! They were super friendly and helpful. The facility and front office is super clean and really up-to-date. The gates and location feel very safe. The prices are very fair considering all the positives.
We were unloading stuff into our unit on a very hot day, and the office representative brought us cold bottled water. We were so thankful!!!!!
