My experience from the time I called and spoke to a corporate rep, Santos, to the time I actually walked into the iStorage office, was very pleasant and friendly. Santos was very professional and articulated the storage information and helped me select storage for what I need and my budget. Chad and his new hire were also very professional, warm, friendly and helpful. And the facility is well kept. I’m glad I chose iStorage in Hendersonville, TN.

The service representative was very helpful. She closed the office walked us back, told us about all the amenities, allowed us to ask questions which she answered with experience. We are very pleased with the exact location of the parking space.

I think this place is great! Customer service exceeds..Katie is fantastic.I left a Google review already haha,but I'm willing to leave two! Im already about all moved in and already living my new unite it convenient,it's clean and I live the neat and properly kept property.Katie was excellent in showing me around,and letting me know the full leasing terms,wich was a problem at my existing storage facility.I appreciate her. Happy to do business here!
