I have had two visits to the unit so far. The first time my gate code did not work and the agent had to let me in and told me the system would be reset and the code would work the next time and it did. The unit is very clean and nice and cool. Time will tell more.

I visited iStorage's Chamblee location about a minute before 5:00. The employee (Thomas) on site was extremely helpful. He stayed late and asked me a lot of questions to properly determine my storage needs. Very nice guy. Enjoyed meeting him. Very professional.
