90% of the way through the rental application process was when the moving truck use was clarified as a one time use only. With no way to rent it additional times in the future. One of the main reasons I rented from Upland Storage was the use of that moving truck. This was a blatant "bait & Switch" which gave me a bad feeling about your company. Other than that, everything else seems acceptable.

Dear Michael, We apologize if you felt mislead in any way. We only have one truck per facility, and it is free in terms of allotted time, mileage, gas, and equipment usage. As you can imagine, this makes it a very popular perk for storing with us, and as a result, new tenants can book our truck once during their move-in period. The staff were very helpful and the building is very clean. My brother rented the storage unit but I'm using it too.
