Milton really made our stay at NU Hotel a special delightful experience. The first room we were put in had some issues, the phone didn't work, the closet door didn't open and the heat didn't work. Milton came in to try and fix things and was so nice and got us a new room and before we went in there he tested it all out to make sure everything worked. Milton was really nice and kind and showed wonderful hospitality. He made me feel really comfortable having my mom stay there, made me feel that she would be taken care of. Ther... read more
Cobble Hill/Prospect Heights Brooklyn lacks hotel choices. Nu Hotel is convenient and walkable. Downside is street noise on Atlantic Avenue with cars backfiring and racing in late night/early morning hours. Operating under COVID protocols with no room cleaning services.
Close to the subway, nice sized bathroom, friendly staff
Great central Brooklyn location. Staff very helpful and accommodating.
