I lived at three hotels in downtown bk area (hampton, aloft, and nu), and this one is the most clean and comfortable one, way outclassing the others!
Liked helpfulness of limited staff. Very clean. Poor breakfast, terrible bed, terrible lighting. No sprinklers in room or hallway. Great location.
Very quiet and the window shades did a good job keeping out the sun. Convenient to bars and dining.

Nice place but basic. The doors are not that great so can hear everything in the hallways. Very tough to find free parking on the street.
Clean, comfortable room. Friendly helpful front desk. Beautiful downtown Brooklyn.
An overall clean and pleasant experience. Because I had booked the VIP experience (which I didn’t even know I had), they even gave us a free bottle of wine at check it. A nice hotel and only about a 17 minute walk to the Barclay center
