NuMotion was outstanding from the outset! Josh G. showed me and explained everything about my chair at the time of ordering and has continued to be a huge support to me. I love my chair and it has made such a difference in my day-to-day life. It’s enabled me to be more independent and comfortable as I spend many hours each week working on cards for a local Hospice group. I am deeply disappointed with Numotion's handling of my 83-year-old mother's motorized wheelchair repair. My mother is handicapped and completely dependent on her wheelchair for mobility, dignity, and daily living. For three weeks, I have been calling and speaking with different representatives, including Nicole, Kelly, Jaime, and several others, and to this day no one has followed through to schedule or complete the repair.
