NuMotion was outstanding from the outset! Josh G. showed me and explained everything about my chair at the time of ordering and has continued to be a huge support to me. I love my chair and it has made such a difference in my day-to-day life. It’s enabled me to be more independent and comfortable as I spend many hours each week working on cards for a local Hospice group. I am deeply disappointed with Numotion's handling of my 83-year-old mother's motorized wheelchair repair. My mother is handicapped and completely dependent on her wheelchair for mobility, dignity, and daily living. For three weeks, I have been calling and speaking with different representatives, including Nicole, Kelly, Jaime, and several others, and to this day no one has followed through to schedule or complete the repair. Improve inaccurate price quotes
Listen to the patients mother, rather than shoving options and “add one” that are not needed. As a company this place is terrible we are going elsewhere
