The Man that came and taught me how to use the wheelchair was very patient and helpful. He was not in a hurry to delivery and leave. He took the time I needed to understand how to work the wheelchair. He answered all my questions. He gets gold stars in my book.

I do have one concern. I just ordered a new wheelchair. I am sure you know the song and dance one must go through and the length of time it takes. Of course UHC and Medicare denied the seat tilt the first time. We appealed and that was approved on appeal. However, on the appeal they denied the "light package". I felt that Numotion should have assisted and pushed harder in obtaining the light package. In my past two wheelchairs Numotion covered this. This component "IS ESSENTIAL".
