My experience was wonderful. I have difficulties due to PTSD. Everybody was polite and kind. I felt very at ease. I actually remembered the name. Marsha was very professional and compassionate about getting the job done for me. I have already told you and you acknowledged that the process and delivery went very well. I have a few questions for mike the technician about the head rest. I have noticed that the fit and finish is not as good as my 2000 ENTRA was. That is and unavoidable thing nowadays.
