Repairman who worked on the wheelchair explained what the problems were, fixed what he could, made recommendations in clear manner. Pleasant to work with.

I have already told you and you acknowledged that the process and delivery went very well. I have a few questions for mike the technician about the head rest. I have noticed that the fit and finish is not as good as my 2000 ENTRA was. That is and unavoidable thing nowadays.

Eric is very knowledgeable about these power chairs, and does a fantastic job when working on them.
Had an appointment at my house and nobody showed up or called that they were running behind.. Got ahold of the office and was told I would get a call back that day for a reschedule. Two days now and no call back. Feels like you need people that actually care about what they are doing vs going through the motions to get a paycheck.
